Our design embraces a one-story, gabled profile that harmonizes with the surrounding homesteads and the scale of a child. The building’s earthworm-like volume playfully divides the site into a community square and a playground, while its form organically adapts to the plot's perimeter.

We designed the architecture to respect and emphasize the existing landscape. The entrance is a compositional link between a birch alley and a single birch tree. Inside, the organic forms and diverse spaces are intended to cultivate children's curiosity and creativity.

U-shaped gallery embraces a rain garden, filling the interior with natural light. We’ve oriented much of the interior glass toward flower beds to create psychologically calming, bright spaces.

In this project, we aimed to use a variety of natural materials and leverage natural phenomena like rainwater and sunlight. The site's slight elevation is used to form a path for rainwater through the flower beds. The landscaping incorporates a wide variety of plants suitable for children and is easy to maintain. The resulting design is a harmonious and inspiring space that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
